SURVIVING
Surviving, surviving, surviving is the key
Surviving, surviving, surviving is no fantasy
Surviving, surviving is the heights of reality.

Say me nuh tell no lies, but its time you realise
surviving is the key. Say me nuh tell lies, But its
Time you realise, everybody would like to be free

Organise,criticise, socialize, fantasise
Everyday its the same mockery
Its great, meditate, underate, desolate
And the wholw world jusa suffocate
because…………….

ROBBING AND STEALING :

I don’t understand how the system plan
Cause there aint no hope for the suffering man
Wat dem put in one hand, dem tek it way wid the next
Cause yer blood to boil den you get vex.

Robbing and stealing, causing friction and bad feeling,
Robbing and stealing, causing friction and bad feeling

Struggling and struggling trying to get ahead
The rules and the laws just mess with your
Struggling and struggling trying to get ahead
You need a little money for your daily bread.

If I was a Refugee – (by Aadil Ali)
    If I was a refugee
    I would miss my hometown
I would not have my friends around
    If I was a refugee
I would have no where to stay
    If I was a refugee
I would have no place to play
    If I was a refugee
    I would miss my family
And the love my mother gave me
  2. St Mary’s Primary, Chesthunt :
    Slavery – (By Shamaila T.)
Slavery been happening far too long
The people who started slavery were extremely wrong
Taking people from places where they belong
The slaves were shacked and beaten raw
Beaten so bad their skin were sore
Sailors robbed and killed the people who were poor
    On the plantation
    They experience pure humiliation
    On the plantation
    They experience pure frustration
    On the plantation
    They experience pure incarceration
    Families were split up
    Children were sold
They work in the hot sun
    They work in the cold
Slaves didn’t live to be very old.
  3. South Camden Community School, Camden :
    Litter – (By Inez)
    Litter in the river
    Litter in the ocean
    Litter in the house
Litter may kill even a mouse
